Just a little bit of this stuff will go a long way! It is our professional promise that your hair will retain moisture and softness for days while gaining more elasticity and less breakage.

Due to heat sensitivity during summer, the product may melt during shipping. If this occurs, simply refrigerate it for 30 minutes to restore its original consistency.

My daughter and I thank you. She is 2 with mixed hair texture and 2 different curl patterns, also likes to roll around and throw blankets over her head so yes I do need to reapply products to her hair often. I use your whole kids package on her hair but this thing is a great sealer for moisture! I used different products on her hair previously and what I learnt is that certain products just seem to help with slip while brushing, they coat the hair to cover up the dryness but do they actually make the hair healthier in a long run? Your products have a whole lot of good ingredients that not only make her hair look good but actually make them healthier. Your ingredients is what made me order your products and I don't regret it. All orders are shipped from our warehouse by 4pm (EST) Monday through Friday.We offer a variety of shipping options from, UPS shipping (2-5 business days transit time) and USPS. Delivery options for PO Box addresses, military locations, and expedited carrier options are also available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Any package returned to J’Organic Solutions due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost, if the customer request for a refund the customer will be charge for the return fee and the original shipping fee even the shipping was free. J’Organic Solutions is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect. Lost or Stolen Packages

J’Organic Solutions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier, please contact the carrier to file a claim if your package is lost or stolen. Upon inquiry, J.O.S will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Damaged or Missing Products

It is possible for items to shift in transit, as well as for wear and tear to appear on the package due to handling by the carrier. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives at its destination.

Order Processing Time

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order. All orders processed after 4pm (EST) will be considered next business day orders. (Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 4pm (EST) will continue processing on the following business day. .

International Orders

We mostly offer FedEx International economy. Additional carrier options are available on our website during the checkout process. Canadian Customs RegulationsCanadian Customs may require paying applicable duties and taxes on some cases on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g., excise tax).
