We will not be responsible for any packages that have been marked delivered by the shipping carrier. In the case that you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly, however if the package is lost in transit is it the customers responsibility to contact the carrier to file a claim. If the package was unable to retrieve after 7 days we will reship you a new package with questions asked. USA customers only.

International Lost Packages will not be replaced.
Return Policy: Unused/ Unopened items may be returned within 15 days from the day of purchase for a refund of the item less the cost of shipping and 15% restocking fee. (Items will be fully inspected before refunds can be submitted) Unacceptable returns will be discarded unless you are willing to pay for the shipping to have it returned to you.
